In no event shall Lumi's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to Lumi in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumi, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
